    The delivery was timely (exactly what was promised) and there was no damage. I ate one of the 3 ways that evening and it was delicious.

    This company shows an incredible dedication to providing not only great local favorites like Skyline Chili, but to ensuring that the whole process is done correctly. I ordered Skyline for my daughter serving in the USAF, but due to shipping issues, her order was delayed in getting to her, and the shipping company did not keep the items chilled. When I asked for a refund of the shipping cost, they explained that they could not, but they would make it right. My daughter got a new package properly chilled. This is a great example of personal customer service. Cincyfavorites already knows their products are great, but they know they are providing more than just great food, providing a connection and memory of home. For service members who are away from home for the first time, this is especially important to their state of mental health. Thank you Cincyfavorites.

    My shipment all the way to Texas, in the middle of a blazing hot summer arrived with my products still frozen. I was very happy that I can enjoy a very missed tasteful treat.
