Filet Kit Review
Ordered initial package on 12/21/22 for delivery prior to my 12/28/22 20th wedding anniversary. I understand that there was severe weather but I had thought I ordered early enough that I would have received it but it was hung up with UPS. Contacted the customer service team via their website on 12/26/22 to alert of the issue and they were quick to turnaround and immediately ship another package overnight at no expense which was very much appreciated. Food was FANTASTIC! If you ever get a chance to actually go to a Jeff Ruby's, it's well worth it for not only the high quality of food but the service and overall customer experience. Food quality of what we received was phenomenal and very thankful for the great customer service from the staff at Cincy Favorites!

Jeff Ruby Filet Meal.Kit
The products arrived on time, beautifully packaged, still frozen and with precise instructions. We grilled the filets and the quality of the meat truly was up to Ruby standards! Mac&Cheese was sinfully rich and Butter Pie did not disappoint! The only thing missing was the superb service that accompanies a Ruby dine in experience. I can’t get that in Florida so this was the next best thing!!
