While the U.S.D.A. Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse tips the scales at a massive 24oz, its other qualities make it even more unique. This cut provides a generous portion of both a NY Strip as well as a Filet Mignon, separated by a “T”-shaped bone which imparts even more flavor. Not to be confused with a T-Bone steak which is a thinner, often tougher, cut originating closer to the front of the animal, the Porterhouse is found closer to the rearward portion of the tenderloin yielding an extraordinarily luxurious and tender texture.
Rounding out this premium package is the U.S.D.A. Prime Bone-In Ribeye steak, known in Ruby’s restaurants as The Cowboy. This hard-to-find selection is dry-aged for a full 45 days – a meticulous process that intensifies the already robust, beefy flavor brought by its intense marbling.

If you use UPS My Choice and change the delivery address after your package has been shipped/while it is in transit, we are not responsible for any thawing/spoilage that may be caused by amended delivery times.
Shipping to the Continental US?
Our long-standing partnership enables us to pass along to you flat rate fees based upon the shipping method you select and the destination. Flat rate options include Ground, Air, Next Day Air Saver and 2-Day Air in eligible areas.
Shipping Outside the US or Military?
Our items can be sent via UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2-Day Ground with extra dry ice to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping rates are based solely on the item(s) that are being shipped and the location they are to be delivered. Additional fees (like customs) may apply. Shipping to military bases and gift cards will default to delivery via USPS in order to pass along the cost savings. If timing is an issue, UPS is an option for an additional fee. We will pass along savings whenever possible to ensure that you can ship our products at the lowest possible rate.
Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled ship day. Orders scheduled to ship the same day they are placed can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. After this the product is committed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been committed to any point in the delivery process.
