Shipping

  • Who can get free 2 day ground shipping?

    This map shows what area of the country is covered by one and two day free ground shipping. 

    Can I request a date for delivery, edit, or cancel and order?
  • You are able to request a date for delivery by specifying the date in which you want the product delivered by writing the date in the order comments during checkout. 

    You are able to edit your order if you call us at (513) 641-5688 before the order has been shipped. After the item has been shipped we are no longer able to edit the order.

    Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled ship day. Orders scheduled to ship the same day they are placed can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. After this the product is committed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been committed to any point in the delivery process. Orders cannot be cancelled because the recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    How do I check the status of my order?
  • When a product is ordered a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order’s details. At the bottom of this email there will be a link that says “Check Status of My Order”. This link will take you to the status of your recent orders. 

    An alternate way to view your order status is to go to the Cincy Favorites website and click on “Account” in the top right corner. This will take you to all information related to your account including your order history and status.

    What do I do if an item is damaged?
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please Contact Us at (513) 641-5688 within 3 business days to explain the problem. We will promptly contact you to resolve the problem.

    Please do not throw the product away until you have talked with us. UPS may need to see any damages. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package.

    How do the products arrive?
  • Perishable products are delivered frozen after being packed with dry ice, then they are shipped with UPS.

    How do I dispose of my dry ice?
  • When handling the dry ice make sure to wear insulated gloves, and DO NOT handle the dry ice with your bare hands. Secondly, make sure to keep dry ice away from children and pets. To dispose of dry ice, take it out of the cooler, and place it outside on the ground to dissipate.

    How do I get free shipping?
  • You are able to get free shipping by being located in an area where UPS is able to complete a 2 day ground delivery.
